Because most items at Little Yarn Barn are handmade and sold on consignment, I’m not able to offer returns or exchanges. Makers are paid as their items sell, and returns make that tricky to manage.
Yarn and wool are also a bit sensitive. Once they leave the shop, they can be exposed to pets, smells, stains, or damage that I can’t control. For that reason, all sales are final.
That said, I truly want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn’t right, please send me an email and I’ll do my very best to help resolve it.
